i4ware – Timesheet for Freshservice

Disclaimer this App is hosted on same web domain address than i4ware – Timesheet for Freshdesk and you not need to bay us (i4ware Software) twice if you want to use either Freshdesk and Freshservice for time-tracking with this App.

Timesheet is tool for reporting a work hours for your invoice attachment for your customer. i4ware Software can host this application for you with price of 48 € 0 % VAT per user per domain and per month and/or 4800 € 0 % VAT per month for unlimited users per domain if your company needs a more than 100 users (for self hosting you can host this App free of charge under the terms and conditions of the GNU GPL, v. 3. Download package for Source Code and it’s install instructions comes available later). i4ware has only Wire Transfer payment method for this. For MS Office Excel exports our company will need your company print quality logo. For Security reasons we make manyally a admin user account for your company.

In first case you can order a 30 days trial for one domain (domain name must be yourdomain.com like i4ware.fi or i4ware.com). Please, contact our sales at sales@i4ware.fi and tell that how many users you need for trial.

Support and Hosting Subscription is effective for one year until renewed and can be terminated by sending a termination request to our sales and invoiced monthly until terminated (we do not refund any pro rata portion and customer has no any refund right when invoice is sent). If subscription come terminated before the effective date of one year subscription then we do not continue to invoicing customer per month. To renew subscription you need to send email to our sales with domain name to renew. Your data on our databases come to be not deleted after the termination of agreement but are disabled as long you do not want to paying from subscription.
