Compensation Model
Once i4ware’s monthly revenue is sufficient to cover employee salaries, compensation will be based on median salary levels for software developers as follows:
- Junior Developer: €3,500–€4,500 per month (typical)
- Software Developer (Mid-level): €4,500–€5,500 per month (typical)
- Senior Developer: €5,500–€7,000 per month (typical), top performers up to €7,000–€8,500+
- Architect / Lead Developer: €6,000–€8,000 per month (typical)
We are looking for, for example:
- Full-stack developers (React, Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.)
- Atlassian experts (Jira, Confluence, integrations)
- DevOps specialists
- AI and machine learning experts

Internship: Full-Stack Developer (i4were SDK Project)
We are looking for a motivated Internship Full-Stack Developer to join the i4were SDK project at i4ware Software. You will work on developing a modern, secure, and scalable Software Development Kit with our experienced development team.

Requirements:
- Languages & Frameworks: PHP, Laravel, React
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- APIs: REST, RESTful API design
- Version Control: Git (Bitbucket and/or GitHub), Pull Requests
- Workflow: Understanding of Git branching strategies and best practices

At this time, internship positions are unpaid, as the company’s current revenue is sufficient only to cover the owner’s salary. Thanks to the Finnish education system, new students enter the workforce every year. Together, through voluntary and collaborative effort, we are building sustainable and fully legal financial growth for i4ware.
Once the financial situation improves or we secure funding from venture capital or angel investors, the internships will become paid and begin to yield long-term benefits. However, investors do not invest in the company until it is a limited liability company owned by at least two shareholders.
