We are currently seeking Pre-Seed/Seed investments. Our company is not yet a limited liability company (Oy), but we will convert it into an Oy upon the entry of the first shareholder, as this is a requirement for attracting venture capital investors. The shareholder must be an experienced programmer Full-Stack Architect, so that if one of us becomes ill, the other is able to continue the work. Our products are ready, with the exception of the Forge apps, which are currently under development.

Timesheet for Jira Data Center will be released after September 17th, 2025. We have secured revenue funding from a paying customer to carry out the performance, scalability, and security testing required by Atlassian Pty Ltd. This ensures that our product meets enterprise-grade standards and strengthens its competitiveness in the global market.

The app is already functionally complete — only final performance testing remains. i4ware SDK Low-Code Platform

i4ware SDK is a low-code platform for enterprise software. Using customizable templates, we deliver projects faster and more cost-efficiently than traditional development. The business model is simple: €95 per hour (VAT 0%), with projects ranging from €95,000 to €1.9 million. This approach combines predictable revenue with scalability, helping enterprises accelerate digital transformation while ensuring quality and flexibility.

We are developing a cloud-based invoicing application with the support of the i4ware SDK as well as Copilot and ChatGPT. The application runs in an Ubuntu Server LTS environment with a 16 core processor, 64 gigabytes of memory, 30 terabytes of bandwidth, and a 10G/10G internet connection. The application is developed through GitHub and run locally in an XAMPP environment. The i4ware SDK, published at https://github.com/foghorn-hash/i4ware_SDK, is a low code platform whose development began in 2006. It has been used in paid customer projects with durations ranging from approximately forty hours to ten thousand hours. The hourly rate has been 95 euros. With current solutions we implement extensive functionalities in a few minutes directly into production. The development branch is merged into the main branch in GitHub and then deployed into our production environment, which enables a rapid development pace and provides a clear competitive advantage. Speed and automation produce customer satisfaction that customers are willing to pay for, since i4ware Invoicing is priced at a monthly fee of five euros per user. When the service has for example ten thousand customers and each has ten users, the monthly revenue rises to fifty thousand euros. i4ware automation handles invoicing directly on the customer’s end and payments are directed to the i4ware superadmin account. In the future customer support will be assisted by a customer service bot trained with an LLM model, which will also be capable of upselling through the ChatGPT integration, especially for selling i4ware Invoicing. The development of the SDK is currently carried out with the help of full stack trainees from industry educational institutions as well as solo entrepreneur freelancers in India for those functions that Copilot AI is not yet able to produce because our company is not yet an Oy and we do not have venture capital to pay students at Finnish rates and so called freelancer auctions allow us to hire coders from low cost countries on a contract basis.
